We were in the process of rescheduling a previous appointment, either due to my health, or clients' schedule. I don't want to let anyone's tattoo slip through the cracks! If we discussed rescheduling, and then we ended up playing phone/email tag and my stupid brain ended up tucking it away somewhere, please fill this out so I can get you back in ASAP! (I'm sorry I'm like this)
